• Unused and Unopened Items: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
• Custom or Personalized Items: Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Time Limit: Return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process:

1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at service@leafcarvingcenter.com to request a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
2. Receive a Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the return authorization. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Refund Policy:
